"Winter Must Haves"

" Fashionista Club "

The cold weather’s here again, and it’s time to forget summer sandals, and think boots- one of the top winter must haves.

While you’re on your boot-shopping mission, every pair may seem desirable in its own way. But finding one that’s functional yet trendy is the challenge. Here are some tips to find the right boots to keep those tootsies toasty!

Tip #1 - Go for over-the-knee or knee-high boots

While ankle boots and mid-calf boots are hot, they’re impractical for winter. Knee-high or over-the-knee boots can keep you warm and comfortable even in freezing weather. Pair them up with short skirts or tuck in your skin-tight jeans for a sexy and sensational look.

Add ImageTip # 2 – Leather boots are better-off

Suede and sheepskin have no doubt been more popular. But they’re hardly appropriate for winter, especially if you live in areas experiencing heavy snowfall. Leather boots on the other hand look chic and can keep your feet warm if properly insulated. Take a look at the winter sale at Shoebuy for comfortable and trendy leather boots and avail free shipping deals!

Tip # 3 - Opt for waterproof

This can help keep your feet dry even when you’re walking through the wettest bogs. You will find great waterproof shoes at Timberland, which have an insulated mid-sole and rubber heels that prevent water from getting through.

Tip # 4 - Choose a neutral style and color

Before you pick up your boots, make sure you can pair them up with most of your outfits. If not, you may end up buying more boots than you need. It’s probably a good idea to browse through the winter collection at an online shopping mall, and choose the kind of boots that would best serve your purpose.

Tips # 5 – Always ask yourself- ‘heels or no heels?’

Heels are certainly not a good idea for icy sidewalks. But high-heeled winter boots do turn the most heads during days when the weather does cooperate. However, if you’re looking for something more comfortable, winter fashion 2009 has brought in a whole new collection of hot and practical boots that are worth a look.

Lace up or pull-on winter boots are the most popular, as they can offer good comfort as well as keep your feet warm. One common problem with winter boots is bad odor. To avoid this, remember to pick up boots with 'Cita-XY Agion' insoles. These insoles comprise of various fibers combined with ionized silver, which keep a check on bad odor. So, get ready to step out in style this winter!

You Are a Chanel Woman!

Be A Chanel Woman

Strong, intelligent, creative, multi-tasker, independent, lovable, businesswoman, mom, sister, wife, girlfriend. This is the woman of the 21st century and she is unlike any other woman in history. As we strive to have it all and keep our lives balanced, there comes a point when we must admit that we have accomplished more than we ever dreamed of and that we deserve to spoil ourselves! The women of the world need to stop running around for one second and put themselves in front of everyone else. We realize how hard it is to do this, especially since our biggest fear is that everyone around us will fall apart if we stop to take care of ourselves. Trust us, everything will be fine!

The best way to pamper yourself is to make some fabulous purchases that will add some excitement to your look! You know you get that sense of accomplishment when you find that perfect piece AND it's on sale! In order to make the most of your time, it's important to start thinking like a Chanel woman! What is a Chanel woman? Well, we can see how Coco lived her life, she was spontaneous, feminine, classy and she introduced a suit that would encourage women to rise above men and to take charge of their lives. Really, the most important characteristic of a Chanel woman is that she is authentic.

Now that you have realized that you are a Chanel woman, it is time to add an authentic Chanel handbag to your wardrobe! Some of you are probably thinking "I can't afford an authentic Chanel bag!" Others might be thinking "Where do I buy an authentic Chanel handbag?" Well ladies, get ready to squeal with joy because not only have we found some great options for you online, but they are all on sale! We agree with you that it is not easy to find good deals on many designer bags and that they definitely are pricey. But don't forget, today is your day to pamper yourself and you deserve this!

Since we consider an authentic Chanel handbag an investment, we make sure that we do our research when we are online. A lot of vendors are developing replicas and knockoffs that have absolutely no value. Sometimes it's easy to spot one (i.e. the Chanel handbag is offered for $50.00) and other times online stores do a good job of conning us. The best advice we can give you us to remember that a Chanel woman is authentic and therefore all of her bags must be authentic too.

Check out the beautiful bags we have found for you and you will see that they all guarantee authenticity!

Release your inner Chanel woman with these authentic Chanel bags!

"Do Seductive Attire Is Appropriate To Wear At Work?"

Sexy clothes at work, pros and cons

What should you wear at work? Even if there's no dress code or it says you can wear casual style, it's still a big question what you can wear and what you should avoid. Even though these days we propagate free mind and the right to be individual, you know there are certain limits in office clothing that you shouldn't cross. If you represent a serious company, your clothing should be appropriate. What about sexual dress at work? If you want to express your femininity (or manliness of course) in your style, should you stop or should you go?ShopNBC

Sexy clothes attract an attention. Aren't they made for this? If you walk in your workplace in miniskirt and bold décolleté blouse, you will definitely be in the center of attention. Most of people like to hear compliments and revealing cleavage can surely bring you praises but sometimes you can put yourself in ambiguous position by dressing up provocatively. However you should know your rights: no matter how you dress, it's not a reason for sexual harassment. It's important to take care of your appearance, especially if you need to communicate with customers a lot. While you are at work, you should represent the ideas of your working place, not your own standpoint.

However we are not machines and we want to be individual. No company forbids sexual clothes as long as your appearance doesn't disturb your co-workers and customers.
ShopNBC You can express your sexuality without wearing provocative clothing. Subtle accessories and outfit that highlights advantages of your figure can gain you more compliments than unfastened shirt or spike heels. As long as you keep you style balanced between too much and too boring, you will be successful.Of course you shouldn't be judged by you dress style, but it's not how it works in the real world. According to several surveys, if people don't dress properly for job, others assume that they don't take their responsibilities seriously. These results might be a little overstated, but there is other common opinion among office workers. If one dresses too provocatively, it can be a sign that he or she is looking for someone to date. And this behavior is often considered improper for business environment.aswechange Even though a girl or boy who dresses and acts sexy is often considered to be promoted easily, the real life shows that it's the other way around. If you don't look like you are professional, people won't take you as a professional. You might be the most beautiful person on your floor, however you won't get promotion if you don't dress and act seriously.

After all, it's up to you. You can feel sexual and comfortable without looking sloppy. And you can feel professional dressed in too tight costume. Just think for a second what message your style sends to others and do you want it to be this way. Let's admit it; business environment is not suitable for lacy blouse and bright colors; however there are plenty of jobs that don't take dress code too seriously. If you are a bartender, an office suit might look boring. But if your office clothes looks like you have just left a night club, it looks unprofessional.

"Styles That Defines"

Slimmer, Hipper, Smarter, Better

by Charla Krupp, author of bestseller How Not to Look Old

We all want to look younger and hipper—we just don't want to have to do anything dramatic or traumatic (or expensive) to do so. There's no need to, really. Freshening up your look can be fast, easy and effortless. For starters, get rid of everything in your closet that doesn't make you feel good as soon as you put it on. Go ahead, try it on. Anything that's too big, too small, stained, ripped, discolored, embarrassing—out it goes! You don't want to be tempted to wear it—and you never want to look frumpy, dowdy, shabby or old, even if there's no one else around. Because the most important person you need to impress is you. So here are a few other easy ways for you to feel fabulous and look years younger fast!

Shorten and Narrow Your Skirts

Once you reach a certain age, a long, flowing maxi skirt is not a good look. Neither is the micro mini. There is a skirt length that's universally flattering, and it's that spot at the back of your knee where your thigh meets your calf. Bring your skirts to the tailor and have them shortened to right there—every half-inch can make a big difference. And while you're at the tailor, taper those boxy, dowdy A-lines into more flattering, body-hugging straight or pencil skirts. They're younger, hipper and shapelier, too, especially when paired with heels—kitten, chunky or stilettos. Banana Republic BR Monogram pencil skirt, $115, BananaRepublic.com

Faux-Tan Your Legs and Show Them Off

Nothing ages you like a wardrobe of shapeless pantsuits. (Sorry, Hillary, but you know it's true!) It's great to show some skin, and most of us still have legs worth showing. Before you bare, make sure your legs are de-fuzzed and are not pasty or ashy. The best way to get some color and cover up imperfections like veins, black and blue marks and scars, is a tube of faux tan. Apply it after your shower, and you'll be good to go in an hour. Don't have an hour? Spray on color with tan in a can. Just like makeup, it washes right off. (New this season: MAC's Skinsheen Leg Spray.) Tanned legs look slimmer, sexier, younger, better.

Paint Your Toes a Cool Color

While your fingernails are best kept a light, sheer pink, such as Essie's Limo-Scene, it's young to have some fun with your toes by going with a dark polish. For years, the shade of choice has been Essie's claret-colored Wicked. The hottest hue now is Chanel's inky Blue Satin, if you can wrestle up a bottle. Of course, you also want to keep your feet smooth and moisturized—cracked heels will give away your age! In between regular pedicures, shave away your dead, dry skin yourself with the genius Ped Egg, the best foot file you'll find for $10 (at CVS drugstores and Bed Bath & Beyond). Chanel Blue Satin nail color, $20, Chanel.com

Loosen Up Your Locks

If you've always had short hair, let it grow a bit. If you always wear it straight, see what happens when you let your hair go wavy and natural on its own. If hair spray is your styling product of choice, curb your addiction. Young hair moves; old hair doesn't. The every-hair-in-place look is dated. And hair condition counts. If your hair is dry and dull, buy a hot-oil shine product at the drugstore and give your hair a brilliant, lustrous sheen. Toss your head, run your fingers through your hair, let it go!

Pump Up Your Lashes

Long, lustrous lashes are young. As we age, our lashes get sparser and don't grow as fast—just like our brow hairs and the hair on our heads! Almost every star in Hollywood enhances her natural lashes with a few falsies. You don't need a whole ledge of lashes a la Carol Channing (too old of a look), just a few individual lashes strategically placed at the outer ends with eyelash glue and tweezer. It takes practice, but you can do it yourself. The results are sooo worth it. Best falsies: Shu Uemura's at Sephora . Camouflage the lash line with CoverGirl LashBlast, currently the best-selling mascara at mass retailers.

Slap on Tinted Moisturizer

The older you get, the less foundation you should use. A heavy foundation looks cakey, fakey and old. At this age, your skin should be clear, even-toned and blemish-free. If you have good skin, you want your natural glow to shine through. If you don't, you'll want to get your glow from a tinted moisturizer, light foundation or luminizing treatment product. This summer, you can finally buy a great tinted moisturizer in drugstores thanks to Olay Definity Colour Recapture available in three shades this July. Oil of Olay Definity facial cream, $24.99, drugstore.com

Switch from Dark to Pink Lipstick

Is there anything easier than
changing your lip color? Dark lip colors age you. They bleed into your lip lines. They make your lips look smaller and thinner than they are. Pink lipsticks give you a natural, shiny, glossy look that radiates lightness. At a certain age, you want everything on your face to be natural-looking. Pink lipstick is flattering on almost every woman. Try Laura Mercier's Stickgloss in Rose Water—the perfect shade that's not too light or bright. Laura Mercier Stickgloss, $20.00, LauraMercier.com

Find the Perfect White Jeans

Jeans that fit and flatter are your single most important age-defying piece of clothing. Slip them on and watch the years—and pounds—melt away. In the summer, you want them to be white denim, boot-cut and mid low-rise, with a bit of stretch (1 to 3 percent) and no embellishments, rips or holes. Labels that serve the over-40 butt well: Paige Premium Denim, Joe's Jeans, Citizens of Humanity, Seven for all Mankind, AG, Not Your Daughter's Jeans, Salt, Blue Cult and Chip and Pepper. Paige Premium Denim Roberson Wide leg jeans, $198, PaigePremiumDenim.com

Don't Give up on Sexy Heels

Just wear them when you absolutely need them—at a party, at a dinner, out to lunch, at a wedding, on the red carpet. I'm not talking 6-inch heels a la Gwyneth Paltrow. Three-inch heels will still make your legs look longer, leaner and sexier, without sacrificing comfort. (Try the Nike Dress Air pumps from Cole Haan with additional padding under the balls of the feet.) Yes, there are pretty flats out now, but there's nothing like a heel to give your confidence a boost and your whole look some rocket fuel. If you need to, wear flats when en route and carry your heels, then switch to sexier shoes when you reach your destination. Cole Haan Genevieve OT Air Pump, $295,
ColeHaan.com

Wear Big Sunglasses

Big sunglasses are a great glam booster—not only for summer, but all year round. If you don't have time to put on your entire eye makeup, no one has to know. When you wear big shades (like the season's great wrap-around styles) they protect the delicate skin around your eyes from the damaging rays of the sun. And a bit of mystery never hurts. Also, if you're someone who keeps losing her glasses, check out the Isaac Mizrahi collection of sunwear at Target this summer. For less than $20, you can buy a gorgeous pair and not have worry when asking everyone in your household, Where did I put my glasses? Isaac Mizrahi for Target Glamour Oval Sunglasses, $17.99, Target.com

2008 spring-summer fashion trends for females

Fashion Is Not What Is In.....
"It Is All About What Would Make You Stand-Out From The Crowd"

It's about time to dress up for spring! It's the time to manage your wardrobe and get some fashionable pieces for refreshing spring weather and hot summer days. Let's take a look at hottest trends for spring and summer 2008.

http://www.handango.com/

Designers often choose muted shades for autumn-winter collections, and spring-summer often stuns with vivid colors. The trends of 2008 are no exceptional: We will see bright and bold colors on clothing, accessories and everything you can wear. Even "Technicolor brights" - neonic pink, green, yellow and orange - are fashionable once again. If clothing of such colors is too bright for you, pick several accessories to highlight your regular wear. Purple was the hit of the past season and it is still around for spring and summer 2008. But the shade of colors has changed a lot: forget the deep purple and violet, meet lilac, subtle amethyst and lavender tones. The sweet lilac shade fits another hot trend of summer 2008, the pale azure denim fabric.

If you're looking for trendy patterns of spring-summer 2008, reveal the blossom of your beauty with floral prints. Look for clothes with flower motives all over them, because a single herb embroidered on a blouse or jacket is not enough. If you don't feel like wearing colorful floral patterns, there's another classic combination ready for spring and summer.

It doesn't matter if you choose black on white or white on black - it will be the most fashionable pattern of the season. All possible combinations of B&W ruled the runways and they will rule the streets for sure. Let's not forget ethnic trend; it's on top once again. Choose tribal inspired patterns and ikat fabric clothing and combine it with chunk tribal jewelry to create a safari-chic image.

Can you imagine spring fashion without a skirt or a dress? Spring and summer trends wouldn't be complete without amazing dress. Squishy skirt is the top for spring and it will hold its positions on summer as well. Choose high-waist silk organza skirt to stun everyone. This type of skirt looks great with another fashionable detail: the cropped jacket. The fashionable length of skirt and dresses became shorter; even though the knee-length remains popular, the hottest trend is a few inches above the knees.

Feminine glamour will take over all the women. Forget the image of bad girl and look like a lady, because you are one. Highlight your figure with lovely little dresses and see-through details. Naughty decorations are recommended for spring and summer of 2008: outfit decorated with ribbons, lace and bows will make you feel and look very feminine.

Corset as outwear is trendy once again; wear it on top of shirt for sexy sophisticated look. The trend of transparent clothing doesn't make you walk around half naked: playing hide-and-seek with several layers makes you appear mysterious and alluring. Glamorous ancient Roman inspired dress is another fashionable wear of spring and summer 2008. Choose intricate pleated dress, one-shouldered dress decorated with folds, a loose dress with empire waist - all of them are popular this season.

Even so-called unisex pieces are meant to be feminine and sexy. That's the trick of the season: choose boyish look, but be sexy. http://www.InformIT.comCombine high-heeled oxford boots, a necktie, tight shirt, tailored vest and even cummerbund to create memorable image or choose a single detail to refresh your wardrobe. If you are young and wild, you can even try on a bow tie to express your rebellious mind.

"Corporate Dressing for Women"

"Here are some useful Business Corporate Dressing tips for Women. "

"These days, when women are equally comfortable chairing boardroom meetings, corporate dressing has taken on a whole new meaning. Here are a few wardrobe musts."

1. Treat your business clothing as an investment and choose wisely. Make sure you buy classic styles that suit your body shape, are comfortable, have quality workmanship and quality material. This is no time to try the latest fads.

Take your time and shop around for the best price and the best service. Be aware of the return policy and if possible purchase your wardrobe items at a store that can do professional alternations if necessary.

2 . For business/corporate situations match your handbag , shoes and belt. Black shoes should be matched with a black handbag. This is not a time to get creative with your accessories or to wear colored shoes.

3. Do not neglect your outerwear . Purchase a good quality coat that can be worn with either pants or a skirt. For cooler weather don't neglect your outdoor footwear. For skirts choose long knee-high boots.

4. Keep shoes and boots in a good state of repair. Scuffed shoes with worn heels will ruin the look of your outfit.

5. To complete your look choose soft leather gloves that will add a nice touch as well as keep your hands from getting chapped.

6. Choose clothing material that reflects the season. Heavy fabrics and tweeds are best for Fall and Winter and will look out of place during Summer, as light linen fabrics will look out of place during Winter.

7. Always wear a belt where there are belt loops . Choose a good quality leather belt and don't be tempted to wear a flashy or plastic belt. If you don't like belts choose pants without loops .

"How To Be A Chic World Leader"

DRESS SENSE is vital for a world leader. The important thing is that they look good, because then people feel better about them. Obviously most world leaders would invite ridicule if they were simply to copy Hamid Karzai's Afghan style.

For most Western leaders, I would recommend they go for a classic well-cut suit - you can't beat it. Suits such as the ones from Savile Row are the best for this line of work: you know that you will get the most out of them. Wearing a good suit is the epitome of respectability, elegance and beauty. The vital ingredient in looking chic when you are in a position of power is to feel good yourself.

If you are always in the public eye, and travelling a lot, it is a good idea to have a collection of shirts and ties that go together in any combination. This is the easiest solution, and you can build up a wardrobe that is simple to put together but looks chic. Choose clothes with a certain reputation: for someone in the spotlight, looking sharp is a vital aspect of image- building.

When sorting out which colours to go for, there is a great deal of freedom for the leader who wants to be chic. Brightly coloured shirts and ties are everywhere now: it's the 21st century, and so it is not unusual to depart from the traditional white. Suits are certainly the hardest to get wrong and, in this case, a safe option is to be desired.

What is less safe for a leader in the public arena is to dress casually. This is where things are much more likely to go awry, and so to be stylish requires more effort. People in high-profile positions can't always wear suits, of course, but when dressing down it's important not to look as if you have tried too hard. The difficulty is that casual dress reveals more about the individual's style, and when this is under scrutiny you have to be even more careful in making sure it looks good.

My recommendation is to keep things simple. It is good for a statesman to appear relaxed, and so the style should certainly be their own, but please, please don't go overboard. It is difficult to make rules on how to approach the casual mode, but I would say that a roll-neck jumper and jeans combined with casual footwear usually looks good. Remember, though, that it all depends on the individual leader - and the most important thing is to wear clothes that you feel comfortable in. In the end, being chic as well as powerful is determined by how at ease you feel in the spotlight.

Dress like a Fashionista

"Top Ten ways to look like you own the joint"

What’s a fashionista, you ask? Either a die-hard fashion fan or someone who works in the industry (designer, model, stylist), a fashionista is all about reflecting attitude in her personal style and appearance.

One huge misconception about the fashion industry is that you have to spend large to look large. While top editors, designers and models can easily bring in high-paying annual salaries, most fashionistas are crafty in scouting out alternative means to discover their must-have pieces.

They scavenge flea markets, tailor second-hand garments themselves and flip through fashion mags for inspiration.

Another myth is that you have to dress like an over-the-top avant-garde designer to get noticed by the stylish in-crowd. A good sense of style, smart shopping and research are keys to your fashion success. Here are some tips to help you dress like a fashionista:

1. How you buy: If you’re a quantity buyer and tend to purchase a lot of pieces in bulk, then you’re not likely to wait for the classic tweed Chanel suit to go on sale. But if you like having a few high-quality garments, shopping at trendy discount fashion stores is probably a waste of your time. Determine what type of buyer you are, so you can budget for priority pieces or multiple fashions accordingly.

2. Do your homework: Make a seasonal wish list before you go shopping. Prep by reading magazines, fashion blogs and watching fashion show recaps to compile your must-haves list.

3. Ask the pros: If you spot someone sassy on the subway wearing the perfect outfit, why not ask where she got it? New boutiques and “it” spots sprout up quickly, so finding new shops from people on the street or new acquaintances helps to set you apart.

4. Don’t discriminate: Sometimes the best finds are those hidden gems you can find in bargain bins and sample sales. Don’t assume a high price tag dictates good fashion or you could overlook some fantastic frugal finds.

5. Bargain like mad: Who doesn’t love a bargain? Always ask for discounts on slightly damaged (but fixable) pieces, bulk purchases from boutiques. Even if you’re buying a day or two ahead of an upcoming storewide sale, it doesn’t hurt to ask.

6. Accessorize: Earrings, scarves, shoes, handbags and hair pins can change your entire look. When you’re getting dressed, be sure to save time for the important finishing touches that can make or break your entire outfit.

7. Build your wardrobe by season: There’s no saying last year’s spring trench coat can’t be worn with a new broach and shoes in this season’s hottest colours. Add classic pieces to your current collection each season. A clever fashionista adapts existing pieces for new occasions.

8. Don’t skimp on quality fabrics: Whether it’s chic cotton T-shirts at H&M or pantsuits at Banana Republic, high-quality fabrics are readily available. Be conscious of the fabric blends you’re buying, wash and care instructions and never settle for cheap clothing just because it’s, well, cheap.

9. Good hair and makeup: No celebrity walks the red carpet without a hair and makeup team following their every move. Take a cue from the experts and make your cosmetics and hair an integral part of your routine. It’s as important an asset as the clothes you’re showcasing.

10. Be Fabulous: Your disposition is the first impression people have when they see you. A friendly smile and confident attitude are the best accessories a girl can have.
