"The Best Revenge"

“The Best Revenge”

Unfinished,
As time goes on
(The business)
Will fade to black.
Heartbroken
(The Self) will mend.
Time still goes on, revenged or not~

Forgiveness,

The greatest key
To a heart
Broken in this

Reality,

Finally Free
Of chains that bind, a Release~

Love, kindness--
The best revenge.

Karma will
Be it's own fire,
Heaped upon
Their precious heads...

Moving forward- don't look back~

"Your Way To Success"

Success Begins In The Mind

To live at your full potential is to discover the power of your thoughts and words. Whether or not you are aware of it, a war is raging all around you, and the battle is for your mind. Your enemy's number one target is the arena of your thoughts. If he can control how you think, he'll be able to control your entire life. Indeed, thoughts determine actions, attitudes, and self-image. Really, thoughts determine destiny, which is why we are to guard our minds.

Almost like a magnet, we draw in what we constantly think about. If we dwell on depressing, negative thoughts, we will be depressed and negative. If we think positive, happy, joyful thoughts, our life will reflect that and attract other upbeat, positive people. Our life follows our thoughts.

And our thoughts also affect our emotions. We will feel exactly the way we think. You cannot expect to feel happy unless you think happy thoughts. Conversely, it's impossible to remain discouraged unless you first think discouraging thoughts. So much of success and failure in life begins in our minds.

Set your mind on the right course. Start every day by agreeing with the psalmist, "Today is the day the Lord has made, and I'm going to be happy. I'm going to go out and be productive. This is going to be a great day." Magnify your God, and go out each day expecting good things.
EVERY DAY, WHEN YOU FIRST GET UP, SET YOUR MIND FOR SUCCESS.

"Optimism"

Life and God are one and the same. You are God's child. God would never close all the doors around you. His unlimited love and compassion wouldn't allow Him to be that cruel. God always keeps more than one door open. They may look as if they were closed, but they have, in fact, been left slightly ajar.

Just a mild knock is enough and they'll give way. But our eyes are blinded by our ignorance. We fail to see the open doors through which the light of God's grace is pouring in.My child, never lose courage. Never lose your trust in God or in life. Always be optimistic, no matter what situations you find yourself in. It's very important to be optimistic. Pessimism is a form of darkness, a form of ignorance that prevents God's light from entering into your life.

Pessimism is like a curse, an illusory curse created by the illusory mind. Life is filled with God's light, but only by being optimistic will you experience that light.Look at the optimism of nature. Nothing can stop it. Every aspect of nature tirelessly contributes its share to life. The participation of a little bird, and animal, a tree, or a flower is always complete. No matter what the hardships, they continue to try, wholeheartedly.

Only humans are pessimistic, and this causes suffering.Amma knows it isn't easy to always be optimistic. You may ask, how is it possible to be optimistic in the face of the many hardships and sorrows in life? It is true that it's difficult--but by being pessimistic you move towards even greater despair and darkness. All your strength and clarity of mind gets dissipated, and in the darkness of pessimism you feel abandoned and isolated. Optimism is the light of God. It is a form of grace which allows you to be much more perceptive and to look at life with greater clarity.

"Attitude Is Your Tool To Success"

Attitude- Keep your thoughts positive, because your thoughts become your words. Keep your words positive, because your words become your behavior. Keep your behavior positive, because your behaviors become your habits. Keep your habits positive, because your habits become your values. Keep your values positive, because your values become your destiny. If we understood the power of our thoughts, we would guard them more closely. If we understood the awesome power of our words, we would prefer silence to almost anything negative.

Our attitude creates problems

Y o u r A t t i t u d e
I s Y o u r O w n
R e f l e c t i o n

Think of the little things over which we frequently quarrel about. A wife comes late from office or delays the evening tea and a tempest is created over the teapot. Quarrels over insignificant matters end up with the final solution of mutual divorce. This is reality.

Misunderstanding is often the result of ‘Attitude’. It affects relationships most. If we do not develop appropriate understanding, we invariably contaminate our vision about facts. Ego conditions our attitude and determines our consequent actions. We, therefore, need to give up our ego with true humility and that in turn enables us to respect another’s views.

While the whole world is craving for understanding it seems we are determined not to understand anything anyone says because of our ego. Communication without ego enables us to clear misunderstandings. We must be open and frank while talking and understanding enough while listening and filtering facts from feelings and opinions. A human being is basically an emotional creature but we forget this and expect cast-iron logic from others. We tend to forget that quality of our life is dependent on the quality of relations we make and maintain. Is it really difficult?

WE HUMANS live in an environment full of misunderstandings. We have hi-tech gadgets to communicate, but we fail miserably to get the other person to understand us or show some concern. Among uncivilized tribals or the illiterate rustics we find strong bonds of love and affection but amongst the so-called civilized gentry there is hypocrisy, jealousy, snobbery and cut-throat competition. These seem more prevalent than loving relationships. No two persons seem to understand each other well and as a result we suffer in domestic, social, official, national and international life. Most of our problems centre around misunderstanding.

How To Look and Feel Young

Live Life , Enjoy Life

Luckily for us in this day and age, we all look much younger than did people our age fifty, or even thirty, years ago. The great advances made in our knowledge of nutrition and their application by most of the population are in part responsible.

The same factor has a lot to do with our feeling younger. Another contribution to our ability to look younger is our increasing knowledge of how to use makeup, clothing, cosmetics and other things to help achieve our ends.

Your philosophy of life is the most important single factor in determining the way you look and feel. It is, after all, the basis of everything you do, whether you've consciously formed such a philosophy or not.

One cannot exist without it, but many people are unconscious of having one.
First, decide what's important to you and what isn't. This philosophy of yours goes into every area of your life and affects every member of your family. It should, therefore, in most instances, be a family-shared thing.

You and your husband and children can well work out a family plan for living together. Some families would rather leave a bit of dust on the furniture and under the rugs if it means they can have junkets together to the beach in summer and the skating rink in winter.

Others would rather never go anywhere than occupy a dusty house for one minute. Each attitude is very much the business of the person who adopts it, though frequently neither person has the slightest understanding of the other.

In our quite proper eagerness to look and feel younger, do not let any one of us lose track of the fact that maturity is a condition greatly to be looked forward to and desired. Maturity is a state of mind. It does not mean old age.
It can happen to people at almost any stage of life. And immaturity is a sign of a lack of development for the chronological age one happens to have achieved. When you reach maturity you are self-disciplined, thoughtful, understanding, self-confident, and most of all loving - of yourself and other people, despite acknowledged faults.

The way you decide to keep your mind lively and stimulated is up to you, but do realize that the best way is to encompass as must of the world around you as you possibly can. One of the best ways to be stimulating and interesting and thus attractive and desirable to others is to decide what work you'll do in our community - and do it.

What about your participation in community activities? In other words, it's an absolute certainty that there are all sorts of interesting things going on around you; to become involved in them will not be at all difficult and will add variety and spice to your life as well as to that of others.

There's another characteristic of youthfulness - optimism. You needn't be a pollyanna to be optimistic. You need only to have the happy faculty of looking on the bright side of things, which is really a habit of mind. Pessimism puts wrinkles in your forehead, draws down the corners of your mouth and makes you very unhappy, usually for no reason at all.

Looking and feeling younger is first of all an attitude of mind. But it is a great deal more than that. You might try to just think yourself younger in appearance and in spirit and find that nothing much happened at all. It takes real work and enthusiasm in a variety of areas to gain the end results!

Expectations

There are a lot of people who are depressed to think in deep about results their good work, secred emotions, sacrifices and belongingness for their friends, nearest and the dearest.
If, we ask the reason, they just express the reason as 'Not reciprocation of thier expected response in the same manner they want to OR a good result. Are they correct? Are they thinking in a right way?

I think, they are not, cause all are not of the same nature what u are OR what you expect from the world.

In my opinion, this is not a matter to worry. Why should worry, if u done a good thing to the persons u love? This is not a mistake on your part that you shower your best to him.
Just think, Your expertise in driving does not guarantee you to escape from any accident on the road, since it is not sure that the driver opposite u is also an expert.

And the same thing applied on every person. So, you are the only person can control yourself but not to others. You have to control or advise your mind to accept the advise of comes from your soul because relation and feelings are made by your heart and let the heart to decide.
Keep your mind away from the decision in such soft matters.Your soul will show you the right way to act.Brain may distort the justice.

Do not let your mind to any clash or disappointment.

Let you think your own way in a good manner and thats all. What u get in return is depends on the healthy thoughts of the others. You need not to worry for the mistakes u did not make.
Let it be rest on the God who is the natural and real Judge to decide the good and bad. Among your friends also there may be some misunderstandings some time.

You have to evaluate the past, where there may be some mistakes or mis-happenings between him and you.Try to resolve the matter at your own keeping safe your self- esteem and listen what your soul asks you.
However, if you find no positive results and even after your deep evaluation you did not find any known mistakes,u need not to worry. Just forget the matter and leave the result on God and Nature.

iF U ARE ON A RIGHT PATH ,CERTAINLY U WILL GET JUSTICE IN FUTURE and IN YOUR FAVOUR too.

In India,Shrimadbhagvad Geeta contains the holy saying of Lord Krishna that why should u worry. The all thing is well planned and goes in a manner what has been decided by God.You need concentrate on work only and forget about the results.
So, don't worrry for the results let it be rest upon me(The God).I will see what is ok and what is not.

I, strongly have the same opinion, however this is very much difficult for a human being but, one must be think it easy.Be easy.

Time will pour all the wounds and if you find a way closed, it means that u have a new path open there for you and you will find this path a shinning one.

Concluding myself i would like to submit further that the nature has every quality.caliber and more than sufficient capacity to create and provide a new world for you-Just explore it. It has every power to give u relief and you need to feel it.

Hope, this will serve the purpose for those who in need of some guidance since, it depends on the experiences faced by me in the life.

Are you losing hope

Are You Losing Hope, Discouraged or Sick & Tired of Facing Life's Problems?

The joy of life comes from the wisdom of counting your blessings, never your troubles. Focus on what you have and maintain a thankful heart.

If you are facing any trouble, don't ask God, why me? Instead, ask "what do You want me to learn?". Then trust God and keep on doing what is right. Don't give up, just grow up!

Thoughts on Life: Be thankful that you don't already have everythingyou desire. If you did, what would there be to look forward to? Be thankful for the difficult times because during those times, you grow. Be thankful for your limitations coz they give you a chance to become better. May you always have a day filled with gratitude.

Life is a matter of perspective, either you complain because roses have thorns or you rejoice because thorns have roses. It all depends on how you look at it.

Sometimes God breaks our spirit to save our soul. Sometimes He break sour heart to make us whole. Sometime He sends us pain so we can bestrong. Sometimes He sends us failure so we can be humble.

Sometimes He send us illness so we can take better care of ourselves. Sometimes He takes everything away from us so we can learn the value of everything we have.

Look at the babies sleeping, it makes us realize how fragile life is. Look at the shooting star blazing, it makes us realize how temporarylife is. Look at the sun rising, it makes us realize how beautiful life is. Look at a person dying, it makes us realize how important life is.

Life is beautiful in its fragility, important on itstranscience. Live life to the fullest. Laugh, love and be grateful.

If you have food, clothing and a home, you are richer than the 75% ofthe world's population. If you have some money in the bank, you ar ebeing among the top 8% of the world's wealthy.

If you wake up healthy this morning, you are more blessed than the 1 Million people who will not survive this week.

If you have exprience peace and freedom, you are ahead of the 500 Million people in the world. And if you can read these messages, you are more blessed than the 1 Billion people who cannot even read at all.

Like birds, let's leave behind what we don't need to carry - grudges, sadness, pain, fear and regrets. Fly light, life is beautiful. Have a blessed day.

Whenever you don't understand what's happening in your life, you just have to close your eyes, take a deep breath and say "Lord I know it'sYour plan, I put my trust in Your hands".

Has life been good? Let God hear your "Thank you". Has it been bad? Let Him hear you say "I trust in You". Has it been unfair? Shhhh....just have Faith.

Always remember the 5 simple rules to be happy 1-Free your heart from anger, 2-Free your mind from worries, 3-Live simply, 4-Give more, and5-Expect less

3 reasons why laughing is good for your health: 1-Your Heart - laughingmakes your blood pressure good while increasing the amount of oxygencarried in your blood. 2-Your lungs - a deep level - laughing lowers level of the stress hormones,cortisol-reducing tension.

"Possibility Is Limitless"

Impossible is Just a Word

Everyone,at some point of his or her life, has dreamed of being somebody special, somebody big. Who hasn't fantasized about being the one whohits the game-winning homer? Who hasn't dreamed of being the homecomingqueen? And how many times have we dreamed of being rich, or successful,or happy with our relationships?Often, we dream big dreams andhave great aspirations. Unfortunately, our dreams remain just that –dreams.

And our aspirations easily collect dust in our attic. This is a sad turn of events in our life. Instead of experiencing exciting adventures in self actualization, we get caught up in the humdrum of living from day-to-day just barely existing. But you know what? Life could be so much better, if only we learned to aim higher. The most common problem to setting goals is the word impossible. Most people get hung up thinking I can't do this. It's too hard. It's too impossible. No one can do this. However, if everyone thought that, there would be no inventions, no innovations, and no breakthroughs in human accomplishment.

Remember that scientists were baffled when they took a look at the humblebumblebee.

Theoretically, they said, it was impossible for the bumblebee to fly. Unfortunately for the bumble bee no one has told it so. So fly it does.On the other hand, some people suffer from dreaming totally outrageous dreams and not acting on them. The result?Broken dreams, and tattered aspirations. If you limit yourself with self-doubt, and self-limiting assumptions, you will never be able to break past what you deem impossible.

If you reach too far out into the sky without working towards your goal, you will find on to the impossible dream.Try this exercise. Take a piece of paper and write down some goals in your life. Under one header, list down things ‘you know you can do’. Under another header, write the things ‘you might be able to do.’ And under one more, listthe things that that are ‘impossible for you to do.’Now look atall the headers strive every day to accomplish the goals that are underthings ‘you know you can do’. Check them when you are able to accomplish them.

As you slowly are able to check all of your goals under that heading, try accomplishing the goals under the other header-the one that reads ‘you might be able to do.’As of the items you wrote under things I could do are accomplished, you can move the goals that are under things that are ‘impossible for you to do’ tothe list of things ‘you might be able to do.’As you iterate through this process, you will find out that the goals you thought were impossible become easier to accomplish. And the impossible begin to seem possible after all.You see, the technique here is not to limit your imagination. It is to aim high, and start working towards that goal little by little.

However, it also is unwise to set a goal that is truly unrealistic. Those who just dream towards a goal without working hard end up disappointed and disillusioned. On the other hand, if you told someone a hundred years ago that it was possible for man to be on the moon, they would laugh at you. If you had told them that you could send mail from here to the other side of the world in a few seconds, they would say you were out of your mind.

But,through sheer desire and perseverance, these impossible dreams are now realities.Thomas Edison once said that genius is 1% inspirationand 99% perspiration. Nothing could be truer. For one to accomplish his or her dreams, there has to be had work and discipline. But take note that that 1% has to be a think-big dream, and not some easily accomplished one.

Ask any gym rat and he or she will tell youthat there can be no gains unless you are put out of your comfort zone.Remember the saying, “No pain, no gain”? That is as true as it can be.So dream on, friend! Don’t get caught up with your perceived limitations.Think big and work hard to attain those dreams. As you step up the ladder of progress, you will just about find out that the impossible has just become a little bit more possible.

"Thoughts Are Very Powerful"

Strength Of The Mind
There is a Universal Law that states "Where thoughts go energyflows". We are often bombarded with negativity, and we tend to engage in negative thought patterns more often than we realize. Many are an aware of the power of the mind. Our ability to mold and shape our destiny lies within the power of our thoughts.Does this mean directing our thoughts will make our lives simple al lthe time and that nothing "bad" will ever happen? Of course not.

Life will always have its little pitfalls, but through controlling and directing the energy we put out, we make our lives easier. With this effort, our minds become clearer enabling us to remain focused on that which truly matters.Remember also, that like attracts like. If your thoughts are mostly negative, most of what you receive and perceive will be negative as well.

Today's Exercise:Today be mindful of your thoughts. Seemingly random thoughts can hold a lot of power. Make an effort to direct your thoughts in a positive manner in order to restore balance. At the end of the day note anything you learned through being more observant of your thoughts. What were the proportions of negative to positive? How often did you catch yourself in negative self-talk? etc.. What you observe today may surprise you!

"It is all about believing"

"Mind Setting will bring positive changes in your life"

Truly you have to keep a positive mind set. This can make a difference in your day. You may have several good days say in sales and then there comes a day where you seem to be making very little or nothing. You can choose to let that stop you or you can know that this was just one day and get back to it tomorrow. Things aren't always as bad as they seem if you have long term vision. Success comes to those who know what they want and keep working towards it now matter what happens. I'm getting better at what I do, not because I'm good, because I'm really not that good. But my success is growing because I have not given up and I know where I want to be. You must see your self where you want to be. Long term vision will help to keep you on track. Your mind set will get stronger as you keep these things in mind. The day will come that when you wake up, you will expect to win! Mind Set!

"The Little Things"

"The Little Things"

It only takes a minute or two for you to make a little progress. And a little progress can put you solidly on the road to a lot more.

It only takes a small effort to give a little kindness. And a little kindness can easily multiply itself again and again until it starts to make a big difference.

It only takes a simple adjustment of your attitude to build a little enthusiasm. And with a little enthusiasm you can attract the support of many others.

Small positive changes are easy to make. In between all the things you're already doing, there are numerous opportunities to fill in the spaces with extra treasures.

And the small positive changes do something much more powerful than making a difference in the world. They make a difference in you.

Get in the habit of making small positive changes, and soon you'll be experiencing big, valuable accomplishments. Let the little things put your spirit in a positive place, and that can change your life in magnificent, profound ways.

"Positive Outlook in Life"

BE POSITIVE

Negative things within our mind
Can cause so much despair
The many doubts
and discontent
Brings hurt that w

So sad to keep it all inside
Causes so much grief and pain
When we stop to think about it all
Its ourselves
we have to blame.

The way we feel is up to us
God can and will give us peace
If we ha

The pain we feel will cease.

Don't let bad thoughts haunt you
Too special you
are by far
Remember God who gave you life
Loves you just the way you are.

Be content with the person you see
Because perfect is wh

You do not have to pretend to be someone you are not

For inside of your heart beauty is what you have
got
And once you allow your inner beauty to shine through
All eyes will most certai

For looks in life onl

But when you are proud of whom you are

Happier with yourself is what you will b

For your inner beauty is what is what others will se

So you do not have to look a certain way

For others to accept you on any given day

If others do not like you they are the ones missing out

On the chance to find what it is you truly are about

So never think you have to change to fit in

Always remember, true beauty comes fr

"Always put your best foot forward"

Dare to Be...

When a new day begins,
dare to smile gratefully.

When there is darkness,
dare to be the first to shine a light.

When there is injustice,
dare to be the first to condemn it.

When something seems difficult,
dare to do it anyway.

When life seems to beat you down,
dare to fight back.

When there seems to be no hope,
dare to find some.

When you're feeling tired,
dare to keep going.

When times are tough,
dare to be tougher.

When love hurts you,
dare to love again.

When someone is hurting,
dare to help them heal.

When another is lost,
dare to help them find the way.

When a friend falls,
dare to be the first to extend a hand.

When you cross paths with another,
dare to make them smile.

When you feel great,
dare to help someone else feel great too.

When the day has ended,
dare to feel as you've done your best.

Dare to be the best you can -
At all times, Dare to be!

"Appreciate Life"

Positive Side Of Life

Living on Earth is expensive,
but it does include a free trip around the sun every year.

How long a minute is depends on what side of the
bathroom door you're on.
Birthdays are good for you;
the more you have,
the longer you live.
Happiness comes through doors you
didn't even know you left open.
Ever notice that the people who are late are often much jollier
than the people who have to wait for them?
Most of us go to our grave
with our music still inside of us.
If Walmart is lowering prices every day,
how come nothing is free yet?
You may be only one person in the world,
but you may also be the world to one person.
Some mistakes are too much fun
to only make once.
Don't cry because it's over;
smile because it happened.
We could learn a lot from crayons:
some are sharp, some are pretty,
some are dull, some have weird names,
and all are different colors....
but they all exist very nicely in the same box.
A truly happy person is one who
can enjoy the scenery on a detour.
Have an awesome day,
and know that someone who thinks you're great
has thought about you today!
"And that person was me."....

Please don't keep this message to yourself
send it to those who mean so much to you.

"Positive Outlook in Life"

Whatever happens, there is a way forward. Remember that as you welcome each moment and each new development.

Out of any circumstance, you can find a positive pathway. In any situation, there is the opportunity to create success and to experience fulfillment.

Be unconditionally thankful for the moment you're in. Because the moment you're in is filled with real possibilities.

Your gratitude will enable you to see the best of those possibilities. Your expectation of finding the best way forward will enable you to begin moving solidly forward.

There is much to be gained by planning and preparing, by anticipating what is most likely to happen and being ready for it. Yet there is no reason to be paralyzed by worry or fear, because you have what it takes to handle even the most unexpected setbacks.

Know that always, whatever may come, there is a realistic way forward. Have the confidence to find that way, and take yourself to magnificent new heights.

"PUBLIC SPEAKING"

Conquering the Fear of Public Speaking

Sweaty palms. Upset stomach. Dizziness. Shortness of breath. Rapid heartbeat. These might sound like symptoms of the flu, but if you have a fear of public speaking, chances are you know them all too well.

A common condition

Fear of speaking in public is extremely common, says David Greenberg, author of Simply Speaking! The No-Sweat Way to Prepare and Deliver Presentations and member of the National Speakers Association (NSA).

"According to the Book of Lists, the number one fear of American adults is speaking in front of groups," says Greenberg, adding that fear of death ranks at number seven on the same list. Greenberg himself, who speaks several times a week to audiences of up to 1,000 people, admits he still feels nervous before each and every presentation.

Depending on which scientific studies you read, anywhere from 44% to 85% of people feel some level of anxiety or discomfort before speaking or performing in public, as do many professional performers, says Howard Gurr, PhD, a New York psychologist who treats professional musicians and singers for stage fright.

Causes

According to the experts, several factors contribute to the nerves many people feel at the sight of a podium and microphone, including fear of embarrassment, fear of failure, and fear of rejection.

"People just don't want to be on center stage," explains Marjorie Brody, author of Speaking is an Audience-Centered Sport.

Using Fear to Your Advantage

The ironic thing is that a touch of stage fright can actually help you be a more effective speaker. You can use the fear of failure to promote your success, if you allow it to motivate instead of discourage you.

Take-away Tips

The experts offer these tips on how to conquer your fear of public speaking:

  • Organize your thoughts
When preparing your speech, organize your thoughts and create short notes to bring with you.
  • Keep it simple
Limit yourself to two or three main points, and use your own stories to illustrate your message, recommends Greenberg, who says people will remember your stories long after they've forgotten you or the topic of your presentation.
  • Practice, practice, practice
This doesn't mean memorizing your speech word-for-word. "You want to know your material, but you don't want to be locked into some iron-clad presentation format," says Dr. Gurr. And although you should rehearse aloud, Dr. Gurr suggests you avoid "practicing the life out of your presentation."
  • Think about your delivery
Notice your rate of speech, your voice's tone and volume, your energy level and your gestures, and vary them all for maximum effect. "Always be aware of monotony," says Ty Boyd, a member of the Speakers Hall of Fame and former president of the NSA.
  • Arrive early
On the day of your presentation, arrive early, not just to address any last-minute issues but also to "meet and greet." Mingling with the audience for a few minutes can establish a friendly tone even before you begin your presentation.
  • Focus on the information and the audience
When the butterflies take flight in your abdomen, tell yourself a little nervousness is nothing to be ashamed of, and remind yourself you don't need to be perfect. In fact, unless you're a celebrity, says Brody, "realize that people are not coming to see you; they're coming to get the information." Once you take the focus off your performance and put it onto your audience, you buy yourself some breathing room and remember why you're presenting in the first place.
  • Don't dwell on your errors
What if your nightmares actually come true and you lose your spot or drop your note cards? "What's really important is recovering gracefully," says Greenberg. "If you don't call attention to it, no one's going to notice." He adds that a brief pause of a second or two can seem a natural part of a presentation to the audience, even if it seems to last an eternity when all eyes are on you. If the gaffe is so large as to be unmistakable like mispronouncing the name of your company's president or accidentally deleting your PowerPoint presentation admit you've made a mistake and move on. Making a blunder or two can actually give the audience permission to relax, especially if you handle it with humor.

"The fact is, if you aren't perfect, your audience will relate to you better," says Greenberg.

"The Power of Desire, Belief and Expectation"

How to Get in the Right Mindset toManifest Your Intentions

In the last lesson you learned a technique to help you properly apply the Law of Attraction into your life to draw towards you the things, events and circumstances you seek to build a life you desire. The technique involved spending a few minutes a day in meditation and creative visualization.

Learning the technique is the first step. But how do you approach your goals AFTER you come out of your daily visualization session? What attitudes, feelings and emotions do you need to maintain or create?

To make your intentions come into your life with greater frequency and consistency it's important to understand the three forces of power, those forces are -- desire, belief, and expectation.

Before anything that you want to happen can happen, you have to have a desire that it will happen. You have to believe that it can happen. And you must expect it to happen.

Sounds simple? Perhaps. But there is a lot more to it.
In this lesson we'll explore each force of power in detail and understand how you can apply these forces into your life.

The First Force of Power - DESIRE

Your right to life means your right to have the free and unrestricted use of all things which may be necessary for your physical, mental and spiritual unfolding - in other words, your right to be rich. We have the RIGHT to choose, we have the POWER to choose what we’re going to have … "Ask and it will be given." … Our problem is - we don’t really believe it.

And so we are often content to stay in the current reality. We don't attempt to push for or indeed achieve anything new. In short - we don't DESIRE much more than what we already have.

Let’s think about this in regard to earning money … Although the differences in what you’ve earned over the last 12 months and what you choose to earn over the next 12 months might be great, the change in your personality is usually very small … it’s all a matter of CHOICE – you'll simply change your thought patterns.

"Burt Goldman shares the following story..........."

Consider the story of the disciple who went to his guru one day and asked, “Master, how do I achieve enlightenment?” The wise old guru directed the disciple to the bank of the Ganges River and had him kneel with his head over the water. Then the guru put his hand on the young man’s neck and pushed his head below the surface of the water. After a minute and a half the young disciple was frantic. He pulled and heaved and flailed his arms, but the grip was like iron. He could not get his head back out of the water. After two minutes, when it seemed as though his lungs would burst, the grip was released.
The young man’s head jerked out of the water and he took great gulps of air into his tortured lungs. The guru smiled. “Tell me,” he gently asked, “ what was your greatest desire just then?”
“To breathe,” the young disciple stated emphatically.
“Ah,” the guru said. “When you desire enlightenment to that degree, it shall be yours.”
The first key to attracting good things in your life - is to DESIRE them.
Here are Some Ways to Build and Maintain Desire
Think About How Others Will Benefit
Think about what you can do with the money you earn to benefit the world. Perhaps you're environmentally conscious, pro-peace, care about education for under-privileged kids...think about what you can do with the money you earn to promote and fund these causes.

"Use Reminder Tokens"

Want a new car? Your desire may be high when you first set the goal, but like many people, it may wane as time goes on. This of course, does not help with the Law of Attraction.
To keep the thought of the new car constantly on your mind try creating reminder tokens. Get a set of keys made - generic keys - and carry them in your pocket.

These simple reminders help keep the thought of the new vehicle fully fresh in your mind.
Another common technique is using a mock check. Tear out a check from your bank book. Make a check out to yourself, writing to yourself the amount of money you wish to manifest into your life.

Daily Focus

Yet another way to keep desire strong is by practicing the manifestation process we outlined in Lesson 5. The daily practice of visualizing your goals and feeling the positive emotions associated with them will help keep the desire strong and flowing.

The Second Force of Power - BELIEF

After you have built up your desire to attract something into your life the next step is to strengthen your belief system.

Why is Belief so Important to the Process?

Your thoughts, when directed towards a certain thing - will bring that thing to you. But the reverse also occurs - if you worry and experience anxiety about getting something, in other words the thought of lacking something, this has the effect of pushes it away from you.
This is why belief is so critical. If you do not believe you can attain something, your worries and anxiety will counter any positive thoughts you have of the goal and neutralize the workings of the Law of Attraction.

"The man I want to become,if I BELIEVE myself to be,I will become"
~ Gandhi

Whatever you seek to achieve MUST be within the realm of what you believe to be possible.
Belief is a powerful tool and doctors are still often astounded by what belief can do to a patient's health

In the summer of 1994, a surgeon named J. Bruce Moseley conducted an amazing experiment. Doctors had long been aware of the 'placebo effect' - the idea that you can give a patient a placebo, a fake pill, tell the patient that this pill is real and will cure their pain, cough or sore throat. Sure enough, because the patient believes the pill to be real, they often end up cured.
Mosely wondered just how strong the power of the placebo effect could be. Would it work on something more than pills for minor aches and illnesses? Would it work for more serious medical conditions that involved surgery?

Moseley had 10 patients scheduled for an operation intended to relieve the arthritis pain in their knees. The patients were middle-aged men. All 10 were wheeled into an operating room at the Houston Veterans Affairs Medical Center. They were draped, examined and anesthetized. They went through all the elaborate procedures designed to make them BELEIVE that they were about to go through a serious medical operation. They were then dispatched to the recovery room and the next morning sent home, equipped with crutches and a painkiller.
But there the similarities ended between all 10.
For while two of the men would undergo the standard arthroscopic surgery for their condition -- the scraping and rinsing of the knee joint -- and three would have the rinsing alone, five would have no recognized surgical procedure at all. Their surgery would be a placebo, a make-believe surgery designed to fool the patient.

The result: All 10 patients reported that their arthritis has been considerably healed.
Mosely's experiment was repeated by a team of surgeons in Texas on 180 patients with osteoarthritis in the knee. Two-thirds got the actual surgery. But for a third, the surgeons faked it – they went through the motions of giving a tranquilizer, making three incisions and pretending to do the surgery.

According to the New York Times

"The researchers found patients who underwent the placebo surgery were just as likely to report pain relief as those who received the real procedure. It seems for osteoarthritis patients, the relief is all in patients' minds."

Belief is a powerful thing. And it can be channeled to do more than help you recover from serious illnesses.

Belief, when combined with Desire is a powerful tool to help you use the Law of Attraction to draw to you events and circumstances you wish to bring into your life.

Without Belief, you simply will not be able to properly use the Law of Attraction. The lack of belief will cause thoughts to emerge in your head that are counter to the events you wish to attract.

This means that if you're currently broke, setting a goal to be a billionaire within 5 years may be too tough on your belief system. You may desire a billion dollars, but you may not honestly believe you can acquire it so fast. Without that belief that goal is pointless.

It takes a strong soul to be able to channel so much belief into huge goals. But anyone can TRAIN their belief system to grow and become stronger.

You can start by setting a goal that excites you, that you strongly desire, yet is also something you believe is possible. Going from broke to a billionaire may be too much of a stretch. But aiming to go from being broke to having $10 million in the bank is certainly within the realm of possibility. If you can believe it's possible - it is.

You'll know if the goal you're setting is right based on your inner feelings. If you feel a certain amount of dread or worry - you might be too far away from your current belief system. But if you have positive feelings of excitement and possibility then you're setting the right goal.

The beauty of this process is that once you hit your goal, you boost your belief system. Having hit goal after goal time after time - your belief system will expand more and more. Eventually you may get to a stage where you can believe 100% that one billion dollars is within your grasp.
Fortunately, we humans keep breaking new boundaries in our belief systems every year. In 1952, Roger Bannister, an athlete in England decided that he would set a new world record for running a mile in under 4 minutes. No athlete prior to Bannister had ever run a mile in under 4 minutes. It was a big goal, seen by many to be in the realms of the impossible. Roger Bannister hit his goal in the spring of 1954. He completed a mile in 3 minutes 59 seconds.

But Roger has set more than a world record. He has also raised the realm of possibility for thousands of other runners, many of whom had once thought that running a mile in under 4 minutes was impossible. Just 46 days after Bannister hit his goal, another runner John Landy of Australia ran a mile in 3 minutes and 58 seconds. And within one year, as many as 30 other people had completed the 4 minutes mile.

Roger Bannister showed the world that it was possible - he raised the belief systems of thousands who were inspired by him.

The Law of Attraction did the rest.

Positive Expectations

So you desire something big and you believe it's within your reach, you've already started to get the Law of Attraction working for you.

But here's the third and final step.........

You should now expect what you're asking for to come to you.
Desiring and believing something is possible is not the same as expecting it to occur.
The following example might clarify the difference.

You loaned money to a friend. It's been 3 months and he's yet to repay you. You're asking for the money but you just don't seem to be getting it back.

You certainly DESIRE the money to come back to you.
You do BELIEVE your friend could and is capable of paying you back.
What's missing is expectancy. Because you don't expect him to pay you back you're causing the Law of Attraction to act against your favor. You get stressed, feel angry at his lack of appreciation and integrity. These negative feelings hold you in a state where you're pushing away the money.

Now imagine what would happen if you suddenly got a call from your friend saying that he's come around and has decided to repay the money. He tells you he's mailed you a check using Fedex. To ease your doubts, he faxes you a copy of the check and the Fedex delivery receipt. You now have a changed attitude. You now EXPECT the check to come. As the saying goes, you can relax because "the check is in the mail".

This is what we mean by expectation!

When you've developed a proper degree of expectation, you're able to relax and allow the Law of Attraction to work for you and not against you.

As the late Sam Walton, at one point America's richest man said:

I expect to win. I go into tough challenges always planning to come out victorious. It never occurred to me that I might lose, it was almost as if I had a right to win. Thinking like that often seems to turn into a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Let's provide another example of how this works. This is an actual example from a student of Bob Proctor's. John from New York ran a small business with his wife. They built websites for clients. One day, Andrew, an old friend of John's approached them and asked them to invest some money in a potential business idea. John was intrigued so he signed the papers and made the investment of $12,000.

John thought he was buying into a great idea but in reality the business was unsound and the so-called friend had no intention of returning John's investment. John felt betrayed and cheated. He had just lost $12,000 - he and his wife had been saving up for their future plans.
John had been chasing his friend Andrew for months to no avail. John DESIRED the money. He BELIEVED Andrew could return the money. But he just did NOT EXPECT it to come to him given Andrew's character.

What would John do in a situation like this?

After studying the Science of Getting Rich John said "The answer hit me like a brick. Because I had been CHASING the money, I was placing myself in a state of mind where I simply pushed the money away. I saw myself as someone who had LOST $12,000."
John knew he could not change Andrew's character so he decided to try a different way of earning his money back. He decided "I was going to make up mind to earn $12,000 within a month. I knew I deserved the money. I opened myself up to the possibility of the money coming to me - almost like a gift form the Universe - but through other sources. In my daily meditation - I saw myself receiving a check for $12,000. But I did not care where that check came from. I just desired it, believed it was possible and expected it to come".

John reported that within 3 weeks of changing his mindset he received a pleasant surprise. A particular client commissioned a project that was much larger than normal for John. John had to work 2 days on the project. But his payout was far greater than normal. Coincidently - the payout was EXACTLY $12,000. Prior to this John had never received a check of that size.
Coincidence? Perhaps. But that's exactly what you'll start to notice happening in your life once you begin to apply the Law of Attraction.

Desire, Belief and Expectation --- these are the 3 forces of power than you must learn to harness to allow the Law of Attraction to work for you.

Get in the habit of thinking big and desiring wonderful things for yourself and for your fellow man.

Believe that it's possible. Build your belief system by aiming for bigger and bigger goals each time you accomplish something new.

Finally, expect good things to happen. As you apply the lessons here you'll notice streams of beautiful coincidences pushing you in the directions you seek. Your expectation of good things will grow and blossom.

And when all three are aligned - good things will certainly come to you in numbers and magnitude far greater than you might ever imagine.
