Lets get to the POINT, every female want a man to be real and respect her as a women,Right. But yet they don't respect themselves,why i say that.... good question because the first thing that a women look at, is a male looks, that's the first thing she look at, then she look at how he dress. But a man do have to dress nice, that shows he care about his appearance ,and he have to look presentable if you know what i mean.

A women want a man to love her and only her with unconditional love but yet they don't love themselves. Cause if they love theirselves, they won't keep allowing men to get their heart broken countless amount of times even though they know the guy ain't know good. Just for the tittle that i've got a man, Well that's most females, Tell me why the female most of the time fall for the man first knowing that his feeling are not as strong as the women and they wonder why they always having bad relationship, Real talk a man going to treat you on how you carry your self when he first meet you.

A man going to judge you on what you wearing, when he FIRST meet you, For example if you wearing little shorts with small top or whatever the cast might be, the man is going to think damn she must want me to see it ,why else will she be showing it off and women always wonder why men treat you like you a piece of meat, the first impression is everything. Same to men first impression is everything that mean be up to part. Many women wonder why men cheat that's the big question right, from MY POINT OF VIEW....

1)AFTER THE THRILL OF THE CHASE IS GONE they START TAKING FEMALES 4 GRANTED AND THINKING THEY AIN'T going NOWHERE,which LEADS 2 them GIVING HER LESS ATTENTION.

2)GIRLS WITH LITTLE CLOTHES ATTRACT A lot of men, CAUSE they JUST WANT TO GET YOU IN BED OR whatever the cast might be ,But my question is, why the female wear little clothes any ways she must want them too look..but from a men prospective, they DON'T WANT there girls DRESSING LIKE THAT CAUSE they DoN'T WANT OTHER men TO THINK OR LOOK AT HER LIKE THAT.

3)NEITHER the woman or the man having sex MORE THAN ONE PERSON IS NOT OKAY IN MY PERSONAL POINT OF VIEW & IN GOD's LAW, BUT yet SOCIETY SAYS IT COOL IF a man DO IT AND GIRLS ARE HOEING IF THEY DO that,THAT'S JUST HOW IT IS FOR SOME odd REASONS.

4)some men STOP TALKING too GIRL CAUSE they WON'T LET them BRING HER TO BED, that's because SHE WASN'T WORTH BEING IN A RELATIONSHIP WITH, AND SEX WAS THE ONLY THING the man FELT SHE WAS GOOD FOR(DON'T JUDGE ME ) i'am just stating the facts, that's not how i treat a women but HEY thats how it happen most of the time.

5)MOST GIRLS DO CHEAT ON there man (TRUST ME I KNOW) never happen too me cause i know how to please a women mentally and physically if u know what i mean..but if you JUST PLAY THAT LIL FRIEND ROLE, SEE IF that END UP happen ,that the same with a man.....THE SHYT MIGHT NOT SOUND GOOD BUT ITS DA TRUTH AND THAT'S WAT U WANTED to hear, this real talk...

So don't judge a man on how he look and how he dress to a certain point u know what i mean , first see if he really wanna get to know you as a person not just cause of your body. Any man can talk to countless amount of females and don't have a care in the world but it take a real man to stay with one female and love her unconditional and step up too the plate. Everybody talking bout swag and money they the one's that got the least of both.

Don't get me wrong it's good to have swag its another word of being difference in my eye's and its good to have money but i weather have Love then money any day. CAUSE any body can get money but not everybody can find LOVE.. I'am not talking to every female when i say this but sum...

Most men are DOG'S it's true but there a few good men out there. A women dont need to seek and find a man. Hello! Now that I have your attention I’ll admit that this blog has nothing to do with sex, or wanting it, getting it, trying to get it, or keeping it. As I search out ‘worthy’ blogs to read, ‘raunchy sex blogs’ appear to be a topic which will land many bloggers fame-for-a-minute on Blogspot. Honestly, I can’t say that I waste my time in reading this garbage as it is often written using foul language and in poor taste. But hey, sex sells! - Even if it is poorly written, makes little sense and is highly offensive at times.

Nope, I’m not here to judge anyone who wants to write about sex. They are the ones who are the top bloggers unlike me, so who am I to condemn that? Yet as a published author of one novel and a freelance writer of articles I use blogging as a way to unclog ‘mental constipation’ which often seems to find me.

My blogs may sometimes be silly but I do attempt to write things worthy of your time, because your time is valuable, as is mine. Thanks to all of you who do read my blogs, and I hope never to waste a few minutes of your life.

"Emotions Unfold"

emotional contagion One midnight, I had just finished another shift at a job I didn’t like so I was alive with energy. I smiled, my eyes were open, I felt good about myself. I said my usual goodbyes to a friend and sprung into my car. My friend reversed his car just before I had the chance to leave my car park so he had beaten me this time – it was an unspoken game that took place each time we left from work. I waited for him to get out of the way before I reversed to make my way home. As I was leaving, the open car park gave me an invitation to have a little fun with my car. If landscapes could talk, this one was whispering into my ear that I should spin the wheels. “Besides, it’s late at night. No one is around and you’re feeling great. It’s an open car park with no danger. Do it!” said the persuasive voice. Like a vulnerable teenager succumbing to peer pressure, I accepted the invitation. The car became an extension of my body as it began to mimic my ecstatic mood. I put my foot down hard on the accelerator as I spun the wheel left around the first corner. As the rear tires lost their stability and the car went side-ways, I entered the next turn and spun the wheel right. The sound of screeching tires was like water fertilizing my increasing smile. Smoke filled the rims of my tires and a shot of adrenaline filled my body. Following the consecutive drifts, I straightened the car and approached a set of traffic lights on the main road that would take me home. Had this been during the daytime, about seven cars would be in front of me before the upcoming traffic lights. I decided to keep complying with the road’s persuasive voice as it told me to “be a little adventurous” so I decided, or rather I let the road decide for me, that I should turn left instead of my usual right turn. Not exactly an Indiana Jones adventure, but it was different. My friend who had left before me had just gone through the traffic lights a few seconds before me so the lights were still green. Keeping in the mood, I put my foot down on the accelerator to catch the green light. I would make it. I turned around the corner with a soft screech of the tires and there, 20 meters in front of me, on the side of the road were two police officers beside their vehicle. They pulled me over. Opposite to what you might be thinking, I was not concerned. I was still in my elevated state. I wound down my window and an angry officer came charging at me, yelling, “What the hell are you thinking? What the hell is going through your mind?” I paused momentarily, unaffected by his aggressive state. I said smilingly, “I’m just happy, I guess”. Not a smart response. It just hit me that I was out of it. I knew I should have said something else. I gulped. My mind rushed to think of some communication techniques I could use as a life boat to save me from drowning in the conversation. The moment was intense and all that came to mind were some techniques on getting out of a speeding-ticket. I thought to myself that I’ll give the techniques a shot. After all, I had annoyed the officer enough already. As I was thinking how to approach this difficult situation, I was still happy of course. My happy mood seemed to pour fuel on his already raging fire. “Bloody hell mate! I could just give you a ticket right now!” My smile began to lower. I no longer made eye contact with the officer. The officer’s raging mood began to infect me and cause me to feel angry. It was as if my body had been overcome by an emotional virus the officer had given me. I thought of the techniques to get out of a speeding-ticket and realized I was already beginning to use them. Well, it was too late to make the officer feel safe as he approached the car, but I needed to no longer act oblivious to my mistake. I needed to show respect as officers are in a clear position of authority and often experience disrespect throughout their day that only makes them more determined to convict guilty citizens. “You’re right.” I replied. “I was stupid and careless.” The officer was still enraged and continued to threaten me with a ticket. I knew he could easily write me a ticket, but he wasn’t writing one possibly because officers hate the paperwork created from citizens breaking the law. I kept myself aligned with the officer’s reality by remaining in a “Yes I’m wrong, stupid, and shouldn’t have done that” mood. I continued to play psychological judo, and match my mood with his own, until two minutes later he said to drive off. And oh, I got no ticket! I drove off – though feeling pleased I had beaten a reckless driving ticket – in an irritated state. The officer had destroyed my happy mood. It took two minutes of talking with the officer to completely transform my happy state into a joyless, gloomy mood. All it took was two minutes to convert my mood and there I was, in an unhappy state for the remaining two hours until I went to bed. Everyday you are interacting with people at different mood levels. Sometimes you’re happier than people you are talking to, other times they are happier than you. Whatever the case maybe, emotions are being transferred to various people. This is a fascinating peculiarity with emotions. Have you ever noticed how we feel in our interactions is not just dependent on our internal state? How did you feel when someone really annoyed began talking to you? You became more annoyed. How did you feel when someone unhappy began talking to you? You began to be unhappy. How did you feel when a charismatic person talked to you? You felt his energy and you began to feel happier.

Who I Am Makes a Difference

WHO AM I?

A teacher in New York decided to honor each of her seniors in High School by telling them the difference each of them had made. She called each student to the front of the class, one at a time.First, she told each of them how they had made a difference to her, and the class. Then she presented each of them with a blue ribbon, imprinted with gold letters, which read, "Who I Am Makes a Difference."Afterwards, the teacher decided to do a class project, to see what kind of impact recognition would have on a Community.

She gave each of the students three more blue ribbons, and instructed them to go out and spread this acknowledgment ceremony. Then they were to follow up on the results, see who honored whom, and report back to the class in about a week.One of the boys in the class went to a junior executive in a nearby Company, and honored him for helping him with his career planning. He gave him a blue ribbon, and put it on his shirt.

Then he gave him two extra ribbons and said, "We're doing a class project on recognition, and we'd like for you to go out, find somebody to honor, give them a blue ribbon, then give them the extra blue ribbon so they can acknowledge a third person, to keep this acknowledgmentceremony going.

Then please report back to me and tell me what happened."Later that day, the junior executive went in to see his boss,who had been noted, by the way, as being kind of a grouchy fellow.

He sat his boss down, and he told him that he deeply admired him for being a creative genius. The boss seemed very surprised. The junior executive asked him if he would accept the gift of the blue ribbon, and would he give him permission to put it on him. His surprised boss said, "Well, sure." The junior executive took the blue ribbon and placed it right on his boss's jacket, above his heart.As he gave him the last extra ribbon, he said, "Would you take this extra ribbon, and pass it on by honoring somebody else.

The young boy who first gave me the ribbons is doing a project in school, and we want to keep this recognition ceremony going and find out how it affects people."That night, the boss came home to his 14-year-old son, and sat him down. He said, "The most incredible thing happened to me today. I was in my office, and one of the junior executives came in and told me he admired me, and gave me a blue ribbon for being a creative genius. Imagine! He thinks I'm a creative genius! Then he put this blue ribbon that says, "Who I Am Makes a Difference", on my jacket above my heart.

He g ave me an extra ribbon and asked me to findsomebody else to honor. As I was driving home tonight, I started thinking about whom I would honor with this ribbon, and I thought about you. I want to honor you. My days are really hectic and when I come home, I don't pay a lot of attention to you. Sometimes I scream at you for not getting good enough grades in school, and for your bedroom being a mess. But somehow tonight, I just wanted to sit here and, well, just let you know that you do make a difference to me.Besides your mother, you are the most important person in my life. You're a great kid, and I love you!

"The startled boy started to sob and sob, and he couldn't stop crying. His whole body shook. He looked up at his father and said through his tears, "Dad, earlier tonight I sat in my room and wrote a letter to you and Mom, explaining why I had killed myself, and I asked you to forgive me. I was going to commit suicide tonight after you were asleep. I just didn't think that you cared at all. The letter is upstairs. I don't think I need it after all." His father walked upstairs and found a heartfelt letter full of anguish and pain.

The boss went back to work a changed man. He was no longer a grouch, but made sure to let all of his employees know that they made a difference. The junior executive helped several other young people with career planning, and never forgot to let them know that they made a difference in his life......one being the boss' son. And the young boy and his classmates learned a valuable lesson, "Who you are DOES make a difference".

My Life

why is this happening to me?

I know how it feels when you find everything around you collapsing. Your friends, your loved ones, your money, your self confidence and even your dreams. If someone told you that personal development can prevent you from facing life shocks and downturns then he is lying to you. In this life we are living, we all have to go through up times and down times, we all have to pass through difficult times and good times.

While no one can control the future or the unexpected life events still we can all control our response to these undesired events. After all its our response to such events that differentiates between someone who is feeling good and someone who is feeling bad and not the amount of problems they are facing.

What to do when you can't take it anymore?

The first thing you must do is recall your life purpose or even find one if you don't have. After all we do all have life purposes but some of us may have not discovered it yet. Try to recall the reasons you are living for and the goals you are after, recalling those reasons will help you tolerate the bad situation you are in because you will start to perceive the suffering as a price for your bigger goals and life purpose.

Patience

Patience is not doing nothing but its the act of not allowing your emotions to intensify until things start to improve. During the time you are being patient you should be doing your best to fix what you can fix of your problems, don't sleep or do nothing then say that you are patient.

Our emotions intensify as result of not controlling it the moment we started feeling bad. If you managed not to let your emotions intensify in the first few moments you faced a problem then you will have more control on them and your problems wont make you feel that bad.

Time is running

Time is running whether we liked this fact or not or whether we were feeling good as it passes or not. If time is going to pass anyways then why let it pass while feeling down or broken? if we are going to live anyways then let us live a better life by refusing to give in to bad moods and unwanted emotions.

While in the middle of the dark it becomes very hard to see hope but it may be somewhere near us. Grab a candle and search for hope here or there by being a positive thinker, by knowing that most of your bad emotions are due to fear of the future and not because of current events and by asking God for help.

I am sure you have faced hundreds of problems before that seemed to have no solution yet something unexpected happened and the problem was solved. Positive thinking is not being unrealistic but its rather looking for the realistic opportunities that can help you deal with your problem rather than letting fears and unrealistic emotions cloud your vision.

If you can't take it anymore, then light a candle, and look for hope because it might be so near.

Machinery that gives abundance has left us in want. Our knowledge as made us cynical ; our cleverness, hard and unkind. We think too much and feel too little.

More than machinery we need humanity. More than cleverness, we need kindness and gentleness. Without these qualities, life will be violent and all will be lost. The aeroplane and the radio have brought us closer together.

The very nature of these inventions cries out for the goodness in man ; cries out for universal brotherhood ; for the unity of us all.Even now my voice is reaching millions throughout the world, millions of despairing men, women, and little children, victims of a system that makes men torture and imprison innocent people.

To those who can hear me, I say "Do not despair." The misery that is now upon us is but the passing of greed, the bitterness of men who fear the way of human progress. Why Fun and Games at the Office Don't Always Work

In the hope of increasing productivity through goodwill, some companies go overboard. A friend who works for a bank recently told me that he dreaded their upcoming Flashback Day. When I asked what that was, he gave me a disgusted look before explaining, "That's when we dress up as historical figures every Monday. That's how the higher ups are fighting the Monday morning slump."

Only my friend's miserable look stopped me from laughing.

Indeed, a productivity study done by Cambridge University researcher Peter Fleming found that instead of increasing productivity, a workplace that institutes a "culture of fun" actually breeds rampant cynicism. Fifty percent of Fleming's respondents doubted the authenticity of the so-called "fun programs"--which ranged from relay races, scavenger hunts, and variations of other party games. Fleming stated that his subjects probably didn't like the "blurring of traditional boundaries that usually distinguish work and non-work."

Just what sort of fun works for the office?

Lynn Harland's "Attitudes Toward Workplace Fun: A Three Sector Comparison," a study published in the Journal of Leadership and Organizational Studies, reveals that the most universally-liked and accepted fun workplace activity involves food. So, while many employees may be up in arms (or secretly griping) when you make them put on costumes on Mondays, they won't whine when you serve them, say, cookies while you're having your morning meeting.

In any case, there are some companies that have managed to turn "play" into productivity enhancers. I hear the folks at Nokia encourage their employees to play with Lego blocks so that their creative juices flow freely. Then again, as my banker-friend pointed out, "Playing with Lego blocks has a purpose. Dressing up as Benjamin Franklin on a Monday morning is just plain ridiculous."

Enough said. (No offense to Ben Franklin, of course.)
