my beautiful wild bird
into my cool garden she flew
with her beautiful colourful feathers
whistling as she hop
through the touch-me-not-flowers
looking wild and alert
making me wonder when to make her tame
her hoping has become my passion
for ages her has been a calm abode
for now its her quiet adventure home
i want her for myself
to make her the queen of my flowers
