"Healthy Teeth Makes A Beautiful Smile"

7 steps to fresher Breath!!!!

1. Brush ur teeth at least twice a day:
It sounds obvious, but it really is the most effective cure. Brushing removes the bacteria on the tooth enamel itself. Choose a soft to medium multi-tufted toothbrush and change it every 3 months, or sooner if the bristles become worn.
It's also worth investing in an electric toothbrush, which removes more than a conventional brush - just make sure you change the head as often as u would a normal toothbrush.
And while ur there, brush ur tongue gently to scrape away the smelly, invisible microbes.

Pay particular attention to the middle third of the tongue, where most of the bacteria tend to collect. Alternatively, use the tip of a teaspoon to gently wipe your tongue, and scrape off the bacteria. But don't touch the very back of the tongue - it's where your all-important taste buds are.

2. Floss:
Not only does it dislodge all those annoying particles of food wedged in between the teeth, but it also reduces your chances of getting gum disease.

3. Drink plenty of water:
This keeps your mouth moist, which is a sure-fire way to reduce bad breath.Chewing gum (preferably sugarless) or sucking sweets also stimulates saliva, washing away any food particles and bacteria.

4. Book regular check-ups:
You should be seeing ur dentist twice a year.
5. Always eat breakfast:
This gets the saliva flowing and cleans the mouth.
6. Rinse with mouthwash just before you go to bed:
This will kill some of the bacteria that flourish overnight. Choose an alcohol-free version, like OralClens Natural Mouthwash.

Or for an organic version (your own mouthwash).
7. Eat more natural yogurt:
Go for unsweetened - it reduces levels of hydrogen sulphide (a volatile compound created when protein is broken down), which is a major cause of nasty sniffs.
You only need to eat about half a small tub to reap the benefits.

HOW TO MAKE YOUR OWN MOUTHWASH:
1tbsp lavender tincture
1tbsp calendula tincture
2tbsp aloe juice2tbsp cooled boiled water
2tbsp vegetable oil
5 drops peppermint essential oil
Use 2-3 fl oz every night before bed.
The mixture will keep for up to six months.
